Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You won’t be charged if you uninstall before it ends.
Are WhatsApp message fees included?
Yes. The plan price includes the WhatsApp messages for the orders in your plan — there is no separate bill from Meta.
How am I billed, and can I cancel?
Billing goes through Shopify and appears on your Shopify invoice. Cancel any time by uninstalling the app.
