Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These terms apply when a Shopify merchant (“you”) installs and uses OrderPulse, provided by OrderPulse (“we”).
1. The service
OrderPulse sends your Cash on Delivery customers a WhatsApp message asking them to confirm or cancel their order, and records the reply on the order in your Shopify store.
2. Trial and billing
Each plan starts with a 7-day free trial. After the trial the plan fee is billed through Shopify and appears on your Shopify invoice. Plan prices include the WhatsApp messages for the number of orders in your plan.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use the service only for genuine order confirmations to customers who placed an order with you.
- Comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy, Shopify’s terms and the law that applies to your store.
- Keep your store’s information accurate.
4. Availability
We work to keep the service running and retry messages when WhatsApp is temporarily unavailable, but we do not guarantee that every message is delivered or answered. The final decision to ship, hold or cancel an order is yours.
5. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
6. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app; billing stops through Shopify. We may suspend the service for misuse, including breach of the WhatsApp Business Policy.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a new date.
